The biofilter, bioscrubber and bio trickling filter are manufactured for the abatement of contaminants such as odors, ethanol, formaldehyde, methanol, ethyl, amines, phenol, etc. from air and water. These products compete with the thermal oxidizer, rto, catalytic oxidizer, scrubber and activated carbon systems. The electrostatic precipitator technology is designed to remove boiler fly ash, sulfuric acid mist, cement kiln exhaust, coke oven exhaust, glass oven exhaust, incinerator exhaust, etc. The precipitator competes with the bioscrubber, venturi bioscrubber, bag house and high energy filter. PPC employs pre-engineered, proven designs. We then customize our standard models to the specific environment using customer’s input and local engineers to insure effective compatibility with local codes and requirements.
