Field assembly of electrical and opacity control systems is costly and inefficient. PPC completes as much opacity control assembly, mounting, conduit, wire and programming as possible at our facility before it gets to your property to decrease field installation cost. Electrical one line, conduit and connection table, interconnection diagrams and panel layout drawings are provided to the customer for system integration. Each panel is constructed using only name brand quality components and are factory tested before shipment. PPC can insure complete compatibility with all existing plant distributed systems. Opacity control systems are designed to accommodate the customer’s budget and specific objectives. With the basic having panel push buttons, opacity control systems are available with computer data logging as well.
